Custom Field is not visible in form layout

I have created a custom field with name "ABC" on Controls Objective table which is a parent table. Now, I wanted that field to be visible on Control Table as well which is a child table. I tried to pull out the field from Control table form layout, but when I am expanding the Control Objective reference field in the form layout, it is showing me the other fields but I can't see Custom Field "ABC" in the form layout.

May I know if it is possible to pull out that field in the form Layout?

Can you please check if the field "ABC" is set to Display =True on Controls Objective table/Parent table.

Steps:

1. Open the Controls Objective table.

2. Right Click on the header and select configure -> table.

3. In the Columns section bring the Display Column and check if the field is Display - true
