    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have created one custom survey and notification based on client requirement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Requirement: when incident state is closed, survey email triggered to the caller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Notification:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="AbhilashaGT_0-1738775225702.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/417411i5171E44884223E84/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="AbhilashaGT_0-1738775225702.png" alt="AbhilashaGT_0-1738775225702.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="AbhilashaGT_1-1738775348632.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/417412i095ED82EF963D735/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="AbhilashaGT_1-1738775348632.png" alt="AbhilashaGT_1-1738775348632.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and it's working fine as expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is another requirement on top of this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to achieve below criteria,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If a user received a survey in the last 7 days for the same group → DO NOT send.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; If the user's group is enabled for surveys &amp;amp; no survey was received recently → Send.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; Otherwise, send surveys 100% of the time on incident closure.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how to achieve this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Abhilasha G T&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
