I cant seem to find an answer on how to remove the "Create case for a product" option completely, does anyone know?

Bonus points for helping me rename the "Create Case for Install Base" button as well

Hi @brandon_bakowsk - You could make "Create case for a product" inactive. It is a record producer. Located at - https://MYSERVICENOWINSTANCE.service-now.com/sc_cat_item_producer.do?sys_id=de45c412c312310015519f2974d3ae1b&sysparm_view&sysparm_domain=null&sysparm_record_scope=51d811fad7223100b7490ee60e61034f&sysparm_domain_scope=null&sysparm_nostack=true

Similarly find "Create Case for Install Base" in "sc_cat_item_producer" table or "sc_cat_item" table and rename it as you wish.
