xternal User Self-Registration Plugin – “Not Authorized or Record Invalid”

Hello Community,

I’m setting up External User Self-Registration using the plugin (not a record producer).

Steps I did:

Installed the plugin com.snc.external_user_self_registration.
Created a User Registration Configuration (active, with fields, target table).
Linked it to my Service Portal under External user registration configuration.
Tried accessing the URL:

https://dev187891.service-now.com/sp?id=external_user_registration

But the page/widget shows:

You are either not authorized or record is not valid.

Roles on the portal/page are blank for guest access.
Any idea why the form isn’t showing or how to fix this?

Make sure the configuration is associated with the portal

Click on register to fill the form
