&lt;P&gt;if yes then csm contacts submit cases from csm portal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;sn_customerservice.customer -&amp;gt; is sufficient for submitting cases and viewing&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Record producers are widely used on CSM portal.&lt;/P&gt;
