&lt;P&gt;Have you defined the SLA for Callback table. Try to define SLA definition for Callback table and create SLA tasks first.&amp;nbsp; Try to add SLA related list after SLAs taks been created for callback table.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
