    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="SaiKiran123_1-1778175571771.png" style="width: 470px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/514811iB7A30369D5CC77B3/image-dimensions/470x26/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2" width="470" height="26" role="button" title="SaiKiran123_1-1778175571771.png" alt="SaiKiran123_1-1778175571771.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;P&gt;In &lt;STRONG&gt;ServiceNow CSM Workspace (Form View)&lt;/STRONG&gt;, the &lt;STRONG&gt;Related Records / Related Lists&lt;/STRONG&gt; section shows multiple related items such as &lt;STRONG&gt;Tasks, SLAs, Problems, etc.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the number of related lists exceeds a certain limit (for example, around 10), the remaining items automatically move under the &lt;STRONG&gt;“More”&lt;/STRONG&gt; option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My client requirement is to &lt;STRONG&gt;reduce the number of related list items shown before the “More” section&lt;/STRONG&gt; for better UI and usability.&lt;BR /&gt;For example, instead of showing 10 related lists by default, they want to show only &lt;STRONG&gt;5 or 6&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and move the rest under &lt;STRONG&gt;“More.”&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand that we can reorder or remove related lists, but:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is it possible to &lt;STRONG&gt;change the threshold/count&lt;/STRONG&gt; of related lists shown before “More” in &lt;STRONG&gt;CSM Workspace&lt;/STRONG&gt;?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is there any &lt;STRONG&gt;supported configuration, property, or Workspace UI Builder setting&lt;/STRONG&gt; to control this behavior?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is not supported out of the box, are there any &lt;STRONG&gt;recommended or best‑practice alternatives&lt;/STRONG&gt; to achieve a cleaner UI?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any guidance or confirmation would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Is there any&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;supported configuration, property, or Workspace UI Builder setting&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to control this behavior?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;-&amp;gt; No&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend to Configure Related List for view workspace to show which are really required and arrange them accordingly.&lt;/LI&gt;
