At the end of each year, I take the opportunity to reflect on my achievements and the lessons I have learned, considering how these experiences will benefit me in the upcoming year. This practice has become a regular occurrence for me. This year has been somewhat unique, particularly in relation to my career, as ServiceNow has played a crucial role.</P> <P class="lia-align-justify"> </P> <P class="lia-align-justify">Over the past 8 years, I have been involved with ServiceNow, but this year has been distinct. I have dedicated more time to engaging with the ServiceNow community. I have enhanced my network within the ServiceNow Community through numerous meet-ups, both in-person and virtual, fostering new friendships.</P> <P class="lia-align-justify"> </P> <P class="lia-align-justify"><FONT color="#0000FF"><EM><STRONG>1. London Forum 2024</STRONG></EM></FONT></P> <P class="lia-align-justify">I contributed a presentation aimed at a broader audience, emphasizing the importance of thinking beyond out-of-the-box solutions. I discussed its significance in real-time applications and business contexts, highlighting the transformative impact it can have. Additionally, I addressed the reasons why Generative AI has not been effectively integrated into DevOps and the opportunities that have been overlooked. My role involves coordinating with the guest speaker and facilitating engagement among participants. ServiceNow Research Team Discussion</STRONG></EM></FONT></P> <P class="lia-align-justify">I voluntarily participated in discussions on trending topics within ServiceNow, such as Virtual Agent, UI Builder, and Decision Builder. I believe these discussions are instrumental in enhancing customer experience skills. I have gained an understanding of the future advantages and identified areas where improvements in ServiceNow products are necessary. As a ServiceNow technician, I shared my perspectives on potential enhancements during these discussions.
