Need view option for the attachment on incident form

Hi community ,

I need [view] option after [download] .if i click on view the attachment should be open

You can easily do this.

Step 1 - Go to System Definition→ Dictionary
Step 2 - Open the incident table there and go to the Attributes Tab in the related list

Step 3 - Click new and search Use Document Viewer in attribute field and set the value to true and save it

I am unable to see xml files in view option, could you please let me know do we need to modify any properties.
