How to show a catalog item on playbook using process automation designer

We are using the process automation designer and showing them on agent workspace using playbook.

We have a requirement where in the agent needs to submit a record producer at one activity from playbook.

I tried to create new activity definition with experience type as catalog item but that is not showing anything on the playbook.

The idea is to show the fields of record producer on playbook and let the agent submit the record producer directly from playbook.

Could someone from the ServiceNow product team please let us know if it’s possible to display a catalog item or record producer in the playbook using Process Automation Designer?

Need to capture agent input and autosubmit Catalog item as part of playbook activities. I tried creating custom activity definition with UI Layout as catalog item but nothing shows up. Please advise

I also need a solution to dynamically reference record producers in playbook. We have 50+ applications with different questions on each - to avoid creating 50+ tables we decided to use record producers and put the input from the variables into the case description field. Unfortunately that process will not work with record generators, although questionnaires are an option in playbooks it does not help for the trigger record.

Hi,

One workaround for this is to create a questionnaire activity with list of questions. And once questions are filled by the agent, create another activity post that to use a subflow, pass answers of questionnaire activity and user Cart API to submit record producer/catalog item.
