In flow designer approver present twice is only coming once on approval LIST

Hi Team ,

My requirement is to trigger 2 approvals at the same time . i have used ask for approval action and rule as "

"ApprovesRejectsAnyU[user1,user2]&ApprovesRejectsAnyU[user2,user3]" approval request is getting generated but the problem is in the approver list user 2 is coming only once . I have tried using flow logic as "Do this in parallel" in that case also the approver USER2 is coming only once . Need help how can i resolve this . It should come like USER1 ,user2 ,USE2, User3 in the approver list and once Any user1or2 approves and user2 or user3 approves it should go to next stage

Hi,
If you are using one approver activity to do the approvers, it will trigger only one if same person repeated. This is OOTB behavior.
If you want to trigger two approval records for same person, you have to build your logic in such a way that should use two approval activities.

Hi @Saurabh Gupta ,

I am using flow designer not work flow and also used different ways like "Do this in parallel" where ask for approvals is triggering 2 times in parallel . which is similar to 2 different activities in work flow but there also it is not coming properly .

Can you tell me in which version of ServiceNow you tested i tried on Tokyo instance and it did not work .
