Virtual agent its showng pop up for catalog items instead of redirect it to the portal

I have one requirement that, when we search catalog items in virtual agent some links will occur if we click on that it should take us to the service portal, instead its showing a pop up box. Can we redirect it to portal by any chance.

Can please find me the way to do it.

Update the system property glide.sc.va.render_type.legacy

Updating the sys_properties record "glide.sc.va.render_type.legacy" to true did it for me.
And if you see the catalog item being redirected to a different portal than you're using the VA in, create/update the url mapping for this portal. If a custom mapping doesn't already exist, its most probably using a default URL mapping(that's going to be the one with "portal" column empty in sys_cs_portal_url_mapping table).
