Hi All,

I want to create a Performance Analytics report for the below three scenarios, please the steps to create a PA report or please share if you have already

Ticket Duration
SLA
Ticket Reassignment

Hi @Rameshnathan ,

First of all "ticket duration" - are we talking about incident other table or?

Second, "SLA" what is it that you would like to see, what is the business requirement?

third, "ticket reassignment" what is it that you would like to see, what is the business requirement?

What have you done until now and where did you got stuck?

1. First of all "ticket duration" - are we talking about incident other table or? -- Yes its for Incident

2. Second, "SLA" what is it that you would like to see, what is the business requirement? - Breached Incident List with some sla table fields

3. third, "ticket reassignment" what is it that you would like to see, what is the business requirement? - How many time particular incident got reassigned and to which group

Yes, i don't have knowledge on PA but I want to do those three reports. i want know that is the steps

Hi @Rameshnathan ,

Ok, since you have no knowledge of PA I would recommend you to take the training through NowLearning: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_id=b5958100ff48e010a97e646e253bf122

The reason for this is, if you create PA the wrong way, it can impact performance of the instance.

Hi @Rameshnathan

As per above reply from my friend @AndersBGS , please go trough the PA training first. It is important once you get basis understanding you can create the report.

In parallel you can activate PA plugin in PDI and try your hands there to get familiar.
