How to change the survey url in survey designer in service now?

I am creating a satisfaction survey,
when I published the survey he took the url based on the portal / sp,
but I need to include another portal, and this field does not let me make the change,
someone can help me as I do to change the survey url survey?

That URL is not physically stored anywhere. It is generated "on the fly" whenever you open that survey in the Designer or use "View Survey URL" UI Action on the survey definition form. The script that generates the URL picks the prefix of whatever service portal is marked as Default. If you mark another portal as Default, all survey URLs will use its prefix instead of /sp.

My survey link looks like this:

I want it to include "Incident Number" as well so I can populate it in one of the Survey Form field from the URL.

In the Service Portals [sp_portal] list, set Default = true for the portal you want to your users to be routed to by default.

Hi.. is it possible to trigger different surveys with different portal suffix based on some condition? Or will ALL surveys always set the URL suffix to the default service portal?
