transform map field script for field list

I would like transform(import the data ) the column names to the recipient field which is of type field list in target table.

how can we do that?

Can you describe a little more on From data? guessing the screenshot is towards Target data.

I have a data in excel in which one of the columns(Recipient)(type field list) refers to field column names to be uploaded.(example linemanager column name)

I am unable to upload these column values through transform map to target table where we have recepient field?

how can i proceed

The excel which you are loading ,just send the comma separated values for the list field in the target table ,that will work .
