Whenever the user's changed the state to Pending user they want to sent the reminder's how it do.

Please provide the solution asap.

When they change the state like it will send the notification like state changes Pending user, like that.

@Porkodi you can simply create notification on your table create/update and add condition as state changes

send three automated customize reminders like "Reminder:-1", "Reminder:-2" and then automatically close an incident in the "Pending User Acceptance" state on 4th day.
