Adding user criteria to a service portal page.

Hello this may seem like a simple question but I cant seem to find the answer. Does anyone know if/how you can add user criteria to a service portal page? I dont want the criteria on the entire portal just a specific page.

Yes you can, make sure the can read and cannot read related lists are showing on "sp_page".

You can add user criteria to a page after installing Service Portal User Criteria Support plugin (com.glide.service-portal.user-criteria) plugin. Please review the document for more details.
