Multi Tenant/Self configured Bot MS teams integration

We're trying multitenant Microsoft Teams integration/self configured bot integration. Could anyone let me know the prerequisites for starting this integration as well as the list of plugins needed to integrate Teams with VA for custom modules?

Also, if someone has tried multitenant , what difficulties did they encounter while configuring?

How does this multitenant integration works?

What are the steps we need to follow to move from non prod instances to prod instance?

@Divya P Did you find documentation for multi-tenant integration? I am also looking for the documentation around the multi-tenant configuration. I remember there was separate documentation for single-tenant/multi-tenant configuration. However can't find it any more. Is it not different any more for single/multi tenant?
