Yes @NishaB it can be do able. You can Single row Varibale Set and use the formatted type variables to design n place this. Weare using similar in in our order guide.

Is it possible to change the colour of the field stroke as well as the button label. I need a button with label 'Next' and If I clicked on next, it should navigate to other record producer. Is it possible to configure the button as well as field stroke in AES?

2nd part yes , it can be done, you need to create button on portal and write code to link / redirect to other RP.

Yes, you can stylize a record producer using Service Catalog UI Policies, catalog client scripts, or HTML in the variable's help text.

I am creating an application using App Engine Studio. Actually I am creating a form using record producer experience available in AES. For the record producer, there is only a default Submit button. I need to change the label of the button as 'Next' instead of submit. If I click on Next, it should navigate to other record producer. This is not a button in Service portal.

In Standard RP , only one button will be there, and as you said, you need another button then it is pure customization. which can create a technical debt. Did you try the order guide , might be that can helpful as per your use case.
