Unable to complete when open a change

When i create a change there is a step related to ASSESS but some days ago it works and now i am unable to move forward with this field, stay the same with the option to fulfill the options in assess.

This is in Edge because in Chrome dont work well.

Can someone give me some option to return to normal behavior

Steps already done:

Delete windows profile

Delete Edge profile

This is a browser issue mainly and to see why it is not working is tough to say. Clear the cache whicjh you already have, done also chrome is best to use SN.

Note: Starting with the Washington release, Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer mode in Edge are no longer supported.

What's happening if you click "Assess" UI action?
Are you getting any error?
And also check if you need to complete the Risk Assessment to proceed further.

Hi,

Dont do nothing if i click Assess stay in the same window and dont give any error

Normallu when i click assess open a windo to select some options about 8 then selecting that will move forward
