&lt;P&gt;I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;There is no support available for PDI.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Backup and restore you PDI data using GITHUB&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FYI, earlier Backup and restore feature was available for PDI's which is disccontinued since 15 DEC 2022&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Thank you for your response.&lt;BR /&gt;I waited for a few days and tried starting the instance again, but unfortunately, the issue persists and the PDI still fails to start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Since PDIs are not officially supported, I am considering giving up on trying to use it again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just to confirm—would there be any way to retrieve resources from the PDI, such as via API access, even though it can no longer be started?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I know it's frustrating, but giving up should be the last option here. There's no way to take a backup until PDI is in an active state.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hopefully they restore access soon otherwise what is the point of offering a PDI in the first place?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd like to share the final outcome in the hope that it may help someone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nine days after my PDI became inaccessible, it was successfully restored and I was able to start the instance again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my case, I was fortunate that the recovery happened just before the 10-day deadline for data deletion. As a result, I regained access and all resources remained intact.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This experience taught me that there's always a risk of a PDI becoming unresponsive, so I plan to consider regular backup strategies to prevent potential data loss in the future.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
