Hello,

Do you want the SLA to be triggered for the same record?

You can use the same source. For Timezone source, you can select "The SLA definition's time zone" and select the time zone. This timezone will be application for the specific SLA definition

Thank you,

Palani

Easy option is to create two SLA Definition for table Requested Item. In condition, you can specify the item name. Set Timezone source and Timezone based on my previous comment
