How to perform duplicate check for ideas in idea portal

How to implement duplicate check, inorder to identify ideas which is of similar context in the Idea portal.
Is there any AI capabilities which can be utilized for this dedupe functionality, Can someone please help me on this.

Thankyou for the response,
OOTB Predictive intelligence capability identifies the similar ideas and displays it in related search section.
But would like know is there a way to abort user from submitting by identifying the duplicate idea.
