      <description>&lt;P&gt;What's your reference qualifier? OOB you will only see the contacts on the selected account, because contacts only have access to Cases from their own account (again: OOB). If you expect it differently, you have something customized, so to be sure what is going wrong, it would be helpful to have that information as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But requirement is to show the contacts if the selected account is child account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
