    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/973435"&gt;@MadhuDanalN&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is showing a &lt;EM&gt;“502 Bad Gateway”&lt;/EM&gt; error and appears as &lt;EM&gt;Offline&lt;/EM&gt;, you generally have only two options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Wait&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes PDIs go offline temporarily due to maintenance or inactivity and come back online automatically after some time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Release and request a new PDI&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;If it doesn’t recover, you can release the current instance and claim a fresh one from the Developer Portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;For future reference, always make sure to &lt;STRONG&gt;use Update Sets&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;export your work&lt;/STRONG&gt; regularly so you don’t lose any important configurations or development work if your instance becomes inaccessible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;FONT color="#99CC00"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If my response&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;helped&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;, please mark it as&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;the&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;accepted solution&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;so&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;FONT color="#99CC00"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;others can benefit as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to access my Personal Developer Instance. When I try to log in, it shows a &lt;STRONG&gt;“502 Bad Gateway”&lt;/STRONG&gt; error, and the instance status appears as &lt;STRONG&gt;Offline&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please look into this issue and help restore access to my instance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
