Unable to Access Personal Developer Instance – 502 Bad Gateway (Instance Offline)

I am unable to access my Personal Developer Instance. When I try to log in, it shows a “502 Bad Gateway” error, and the instance status appears as Offline.

Could you please look into this issue and help restore access to my instance?

Hello @MadhuDanalN,

If your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is showing a “502 Bad Gateway” error and appears as Offline, you generally have only two options:

Wait
Sometimes PDIs go offline temporarily due to maintenance or inactivity and come back online automatically after some time.
Release and request a new PDI
If it doesn’t recover, you can release the current instance and claim a fresh one from the Developer Portal.

For future reference, always make sure to use Update Sets or export your work regularly so you don’t lose any important configurations or development work if your instance becomes inaccessible.
