    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no support available for PDI.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probably its hibernating. Wait for sometime or if you dont need any data in it release instance and request for new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try opening the instance in incognito mode - sometimes helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1082154"&gt;@lucasazevedo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If more than 24 hours have passed and your instance has not waken up then&amp;nbsp; I recommend to release the instance and requesting a fresh PDI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you’re aware, &lt;STRONG&gt;there is no support available for PDI instances.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
