      <title>How to set Child Cases related list as default instead of manually setting Child Cases in CSM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a requirement, which says 'i&lt;SPAN&gt;f it is feasible and possible to create Drop down menu with child cases in the ALL Records Section in SNOW'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is what I have done till now. Picture1 it is a parent case which has one child case. By Default, when I click on the blue arrow, it was showing me SLA (which is default), so I click on the Hamburger icon and select Child Cases. But, we cannot select it every time, so I want to set it to Child Cases by default. I am wondering if you're seeing "Child Cases" as greyed out because it's been set as the default?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it greyed out because it is currently the active related list?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can offer you another alternative, which is a workaround for what you're trying to do: group by Parent on the case table; this creates a version of the expand/collapse container that you're looking for. If you created a new Module with this grouping established, it could sort of satisfy your requirement.&lt;/P&gt;
