How to redirect Standard Change Model to Standard Change Catalog?

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to redirect create new > standard change (model) to standard change catalog? see images below.

below image should appear after clicking Standard model under create change request/create new module.

Hoping for any help and insights. Thank you so much!

Hi Kenny,

Unfortunately we do not have access to edit the new_change_redirect.do page from what I can see according to a comment on the following post:

https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=fe2607bddb436810679499ead3961914

I am unable to find a way to edit this page in my PDI either.

Is there a reason for adding the standard change model into this section when you have the standard change catalog under "Preapproved" in the same page?

Can you confirm to which page "create new " redirects in your instance ?

In Quebec version the page redirects to new_change_redirect.do as shown below

After click on the standard change option , it's redirected to standard change catalog screen

Hi Akhil,

Out of curiosity, is this your PDI or your company instance? My PDI is Quebec and shows the same as Kenny's screenshot. When I edit the Create New module, I see new_change_redirect.do

However, when I look at my companies instance (which is Quebec also) I see the same as your screenshot which is also new_change_redirect.do under Create New module

Thank you, Chris! The client wants the preapproved removed. And once the user clicked Standard model it should redirect to standard change catalog. Not possible right?

Hi Akhil,

I am redirected to sn_chg_model_ui_landing.do (Change Models) not the same as yours. I have another option for the client which is to activate the property that enables me to be redirected to new_change_redirect.do, doing that will also disable the Quebec modern UI/Change Models and be like the old one (see image below).

If you want to activate the create page same as Akhil's you can activate these properties.

I don't believe so, but would loved to be proved wrong as I would really like to be able to edit this for our business.
