@mentioned email notification is not working for specific user

Hello,

When I mentioned a specific user, the notification is not send to that user if I mentioned the some another user it is working properly only it is not working for specific user on table incident, problem and HR. If I mentioned the same user on idea table the notification is triggering for that user. The record is created on live_notification table but on email logs it is not appearing.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hello,

Check if user has disabled Notifications for those tables ?

Otherwise you should also check if user has enough privilages to see those records

Hello , 1-Check if user must have disabled Notifications for those tables. 2- impersonate that person and click on ⚙️ icon select notification and allow the notification . Please mark my answer correct if it it resolve you query
