Granting Access to Reports

Hi All,

I am looking for a way to grant access to a particular group for reporting. I used the "Share" option on the report settings but the group are still not able to search or view reports. Please help!

Paradise,

Please ensure that the group in question is able to see the Module Report (have at least the role that give them access to the module report)....

From the "Share" option, you have to select the radio button 'groups and user' and select the group from the list (see the screenshot below )

If they don't have a role, they should be able to view a report, but it would need to be shared via url or dashboard. If they need to access the reporting page they'll need a role.

do we need any roles to view the already shared report
