What is the instance you are trying to access?

Demos are generally scheduled via demo.servicenow.com.

Are you looking for a personal developer instance that you can experiment with? That's available from https://developer.servicenow.com

@chuck am new on servicenow am taking an online class so i will like to pratice with a demo i think a personal developer will work

but am doing this so i can know more and take my certification asap

any help will go along way
