Container not showing up correctly in Service Portal

Hi Folks,

The container is misbehaving in portal

Called a record producer through the OOB widget (SC Catalog Item) but somehow the container on the record producer is misbehaving , please see the below screenshot in Portal

And Same variables screen shot in Record Producer -

The variables apprear/disappear on the basis of a UI Policy

If i'm not wrong and i've properly understood your question, there is a problem affecting this functionality.

On the other hand there is a workaround described in this article.

Hi Nitesh

Please see the screen shot attached below. Please try to make the layout as given below.

You will be able be able to get the variable and The container will not misbehave in portal then.

If still you face issue then try to create different record producer for portal.

==> "1 Column Wide".

Please mark it correct or helpful based on Impact.
