Inline Images in Inbond Email

Hello Community,

I want to control the behavior of the inline images in the email. Currently the inline images in the email appear as attachments, and as well in activity formatter as individual items.

I neither want the inline images in an email to be attachments nor as separate/individual items in the activity formatter. I want them to be displayed like the way the email is sent exactly inline with the text/body of the email and the whole email (with text and images) as one individual item in the activity formatter.

From another post in the forum Email signature image is automatically attached with inbound email action I see that you have a system/email property to control that behavior "glide.email.inbound.convert_html_inline_attachment_references" but I am not able find this property at all on Helsinki. Is this property obsolete now? Is there an alternate property/way to control the behavior of inline images while processing inbound emails?

According to the old wiki that system property is available starting with Fuji. You have to create it your self. So just try it out and see if it still works:

I just tested it on a Helsinki instance, and it does work and display the images in the activity formatter.

However the images are still attached to the incident as well so they are displayed multiple times in the formatter
