    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use the Walk-Up experience to book various things round the building which all goes well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We now have a use come up where we want to book something in 45 minute appointments but have a 15 minute cleanup time before the next appointment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We would like to book appointments on the hour, so 9.00 , 10.00 , 11.00 etc , but each appointment should be 45 minutes( so end at 9.45, 10.45 etc) ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you set the appointment time for 1 hour it displays like this.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Andrew ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately a valid use-case but we have been able to achieve this via Work Duration + travel Duration (2nd screenshot).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont see any available configuration to add 15min break in every appointment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did. It was a bit of a fudge but it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a hidden field on the form called bookable_time which I unhid. I then typed the times into this field.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="bookabletime.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/289620i9E539EE730B7E887/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="bookabletime.png" alt="bookabletime.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was then a buisness rule which I had to disable but I can't remember what that one was. When you try and save the form it tells you what business rule it is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to the records the two business rules I changed are&amp;nbsp; 'Update Bookable times' and 'Validate Bookable days change' but I couldn't tell you what I changed. Just trying to work it out. It wouldn't have been complicated as I'm not the best at scripts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I work it out I'll let you know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking at them I think I just turned them both off when I set the times, then turned them back on again. There doesn't appear to be any changes to the script.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
