Text was showing as XXX on CSM portal for a user while viewing case on standard ticket page.

Hi All,

When a user trying to view cases on CSM portal it was showing text as special characters. Please find the attached screenshot for more information.

That's interesting...

Makes me think it could be a browser issue or something like that?

Can they try with another browser?

Is this happening for anyone else?

When you impersonate them in that environment and you check the same page/area does the text look like that?
