Our customer wants to set up MFA for specific catalog item , is there a developer guide or article explaining how to do that in ServiceNow ?

Hi @Deepti Garg , This is an interesting use case. Could you please share more details about the ask?

What type of MFA do they want to show when the user accesses the catalog item? SSO provider's MFA like Okta Verify or ServiceNow platform supported MFA?
Should MFA be shown whenever a user accesses the catalog item? or should there be a period for which MFA should not be shown again? Example: first-time access --> show MFA. Access again within the next 30 minutes --> Do not show MFA again.
When should MFA be shown, on access of the Service Catalog item or on submission?

Hi @Randheer Singh , My company is also interested in trying to accomplish this. Ideally we would like to use Microsofts MFA when a user submits a particular catalog item. Is something like that possible?
