question Trying to create a Model to make sure users received the equipment in Employee Slate and Employee Center forum

Hello All,

In our Business we are trying to remove the action of printing a document for user to sign and receive the equipment ( Laptops, Headsets, Mouse,.. Desktop etc). For that my first thought was to still use Flow Designer to add one more action (sending an email to user to validate and script options ( yes or No). When Yes system can create a document (pdf) with a few relevant fields and the response from the user and close automatically the item. When No send an email to the Line Manager that this is delayed.

I'm reaching you just to check if there is already a solution that is being used and we can adapt to our reality, or just to check several inputs of something that was developed to accommodate this kind of scenarios.

Thanks in advance for your inputs 🙂
