Problem in Granular Delegation for sysapprover table

I have created granular delegation table for: sysapprover_approver then i have created delegation rule and assigned approver name in the condition after that i have created a new delegate and added in the delegation rule .I checked in the employee center my profile in my delegates its visible .

But the approver is not assigned to the delegate even after following all the producer as per the servicenow document: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-employee-service-management/page/product/employee-serv...

Can any please help me to find the solution for this problem.

I would suggest double-checking your delegation rule configuration first. Ensure that the conditions you defined in the rule actually match the approval record you are testing. If the condition is not met, the delegation won't trigger. Also, make sure to test this with a newly created approval after verifying the rule.
