      <description>&lt;P&gt;I found the Connected Content function in the navigation menu which allows allows knowledge items, catalog items and quick links to be connected to individual topics.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our ServiceNow consultant showed us how to add an extra related list "assigned topics" to the catalog item view which shows the topics in which the item is connected.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am still looking for a similar related list to use with knowledge articles.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
