Would anyone know what may be causing flashing three dots in the main menu of Employee Center Pro?

We installed Employee Center Pro and started building it out. We seem to have a bit of an annoying problem with flashing three dots in our main menu to the left of "My Tasks".

It took me a while to get this print screen because they flash so fast. Any idea why this would be happening and how could I stop them from flashing?

Hi there,

Not sure, though just looking at the picture I would think these are the 3 dots which are only visible when a page is loading. When a page is finished loading, the 3 dots won't be visible anymore.

So I think this is the loading indicator based on what you are describing.

This is an indicator for the page loading. If it's happening so fast that is a good thing, as your EC and pages are loading quickly 🙂

I'm running into the same thing, and if I understand what is being said - it isn't just a 1 time thing while the page is initially loading - it's that it repeats while the screen is displaying. It's on about every screen in our Portal. I'm used to it just showing up in the beginning while the screen is loading and then going away. It's almost as though it's reloading every second

@Jared Kramer While it's possibly a UI bug, I'd imagine its not as I have come across that before.

Do you have any customisation in place you are aware off? It's entirely possible the EC is still loading or attempting to load content/widgets but is timing out or experiencing an error.

I've seen this with overly customised Header Menus, and also some custom widgets running in async, that are either inefficient server side calls, or are actually failing.
