Missing title on widgets for Catalog Items

Good day everyone,

Just looking to get assistance on where I can locate a problem I'm having. At this time, in both Service Portal and Employee Center, the catalog items that are manually built and as well pre-built ones are not showing the Title of the catalog item. I've attached a couple of screenshots from both SP & ESC and then 1 shot from PDI. Not sure where I should begin to look.

There was an issue with the instance, but was able to revert files in error however, this I'm having difficulty in locating.

Can you also share a screenshot of the items themselves? Is the 'name' field filled? It's not a mandatory field, so that could be the issue.
And what was the 'issue with the instance'. Was that related?

Thank you @Mark Manders for your reply. Yes all fields were correctly filled out identical to PDI.

Your comment helped me push further in investigating issues and I it was related to dictionary records that were changed. Once this was reverted and back to OOTB configuration, all has been restored within the Portals.
