When the search source in Figure 2 is inactive, there are 17 search results for the search source in Figure 3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="lizijing_6-1722240733185.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/375031iC399CB1DE8529315/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="lizijing_6-1722240733185.png" alt="lizijing_6-1722240733185.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the search source active in Figure 2 is set to true, the same search conditions are met, but the search source in Figure 3 shows 0 results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="lizijing_7-1722240788906.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/375032i014E873787C8569B/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="lizijing_7-1722240788906.png" alt="lizijing_7-1722240788906.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect that two search sources with the same indexed source may interfere with the search criteria?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like you are right, but I have no clue if that's the intended behavior of the system or a bug. Consider opening a support case with ServiceNow via Now Support portal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
