I need request number and item name only on my request widget on portal. Is there any way to remove request_by field from my request widget.

First of all, which portal are you referring to? Service Portal (/sp), Employee Service Center (/esc) or any other portal? And which page in that portal? A screenshot would also be very helpful in this case.

Hi @Nisha Mishra23

Go to: All > Service Catalog > Catalog Administration > My Request Filter.
Apply a quick filter by selecting 'Service Portal' in the "Applies to" field. Then, right-click and select "Show Matching."
Open the table where requests are stored.
Remove 'Assigned to' from the list of selected fields, click the lock icon to secure the change, and then click Save.
Check your ESC portal: Open "My Request" to ensure the changes are reflected.

it’s a employee service center . I want to remove the request_for name for example in screenshot I want remove Nisha Mishra from there
