Unable to install Healthcare and life sciences Service management core

While installing Healthcare and life sciences Service management core 2.3.2.T on learning instance I am getting error as below. Can somebody help me fixing this error?

Is this learning instance intended to install this plugin?
If not, you should use a PDI instead. Using learning instances for other things than following your course is not allowed.

I have installed the application on PDI. Now when I try to create new table I am not getting "Healthcare Case" table for extending.

As per OnDemand course, I should be able to extend the table Healthcare case and application scope should be Healthcare and Lifesciences Services. But I am getting only Global which I am not able to change also.

It seems I am missing something.

When I try to change the global scope I get error as below.

Hi @shiv Kumar,

You need to switch to the right application scope before you create the table.
