How to remove chat icon from ESC portal?

I am not able to get rid of chat icon on page.By removing html lines in ESC header,chat in menu item is not showing up.But still below icon is available on employee service center portal:

I have deactivated all chat properties as well, but this icon is consistent.Any other way to remove this?

Just confirming you want to remove the virtual agent widget ? if yes

CTRL+ Right Click>> Page designer >> remove the widget "Virtual widget service portal widget " which you will find in bottom of the page.

No, There is no virtual agent widget available at the portal. I want to remove the chat icon available on page:

tried with commenting chat html part on ESC header, but didn't work.

I do not have an Orlando instance right now to test in, but it was controlled within the Header previously. There were two sections within the code... one to get rid of 'Chat' menu option and lower down was section for removing the pre-chat modal. Can you confirm if both sections are commented out, if they still appear, in the HTML?

There is a Agent Chat module where you can easily find an entry for ESC Portal, just mark it inactive and it will be removed from portal.
