Variable of record producer is mapped to the Short Description field but the values are not showing

I have created a variable in record producer (single line text) and it was mapped to short description field in the backend. But the values in the variables are not showing in the backend case form. What should I do to achieve this

Hello @muthu kumar

I have variables mapped to the short description field on most of the HR Services and it works perfectly. It should be straight forward. Make sure Short Description is on the HR Case form. Check the Map to field on the record producer, select Short description in the field for mapping.

Hi Muthu,

Please check if your ""Map to field" checkbox is marked as True. Also, the backend names of the field and variable should be same.
