when user approves it the PDF is not attaching to the HR case.

Hello All,

We have a HR service on Workforce admin table and when we create a case Document task gets attached in which PDF document will get generated. When assigned user approves that doc then the generated PDF should get attached to the particular HR case.
The issue is when user approves it the PDF is not attaching to the HR case.
Does anyone have any solution on this?

In the workflow use copy attachment, if it's not there then use script for coping the attachment on the HR case.

@Teju Dhoran can you detail a bit more what your process is? Typically a doc is filled, reviewed then attached so knowing your process will help us to give specific guidance.

We have configured fillable document template and added participants to review document.

After record producer is submitted case is created and also it create a document task for review as per participant configuration.

When we impersonate participant user and approve the document, doc task is closed approved. But Document is not generated and attached to Case automatically.

We have same setup for another HR Service and it is working as expected.

@Teju Dhoran Does your other process that is working have a fill action, or is it going straight to review as well? It sounds like a configuration issue if this works for other processes. Is the other process that is working in the same COE/table?
