Not able to see journey application in now learning servicenow instance.

Hi,

I am not able to see the journey application in now learning ServiceNow instance. Let me know what is the problem.

Kindly help in this as i am not able to complete task in now learning.

Hi,

It seems like the plugin is not installed.
If you search in the menu for ''Plugins'', then you go to the plugin overview.
There you can search all the available plugins and you should be able to download the necessary plugins.
After the installation, you can access Journey's on your instance.

If you can't install the plugin yourself, create a case with NowLearning. The lab instances are provided by them and if they provided one with missing data, you may be missing even more.

Normally, if you try to install one of the Journey plugins, it will also automatically install the other dependent plugins.

@Samyuktha7 Ideally, the Employee Journey plugin should come pre-installed with the lab instance, if it is not the reach out to the Now learning support. You can also try installing the plugin from your side and see if the journey shows up.
