Document Template - HTML

For Document Template (HTML).

I am able to check the box in the topic block when creating a document template. When the document is previewed in the HR Agent Workspace, the agent is able to make the edit and check/uncheck a box. However, the update does not save.

Text updates saved but not the checkbox updates.

How does an agent save an update to check boxes in an HTML document.

Hi Shane,

This usually happens when filed is added twice on the form in two different sections.

Here is a generic form with similar text box items on it. Overall, there are multiple locations on the form that have checkboxes. I did have to reformat the HTML to get the boxes to check. Open to suggestions on reformatting the HTML if needed.

Can you elaborate on this? my requirement is to have the checkbox in multiple places on the form.
