    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I'm facing an issue in the &lt;STRONG&gt;HR Agent Workspace&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I have a user who has only the sn_hr_core.basic role. The user is able to land on the HR Agent Workspace successfully, but cannot view the &lt;STRONG&gt;"Assigned to your groups"&lt;/STRONG&gt; list under &lt;STRONG&gt;HR Tasks&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This section appears blank or is missing altogether.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;However, when the same Workspace is accessed using an admin user, the section is visible as expected (refer to attached screenshot for reference).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’ve checked:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Role assignment: sn_hr_core.basic is assigned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;HR Task records exist and are assigned to the group the user is a member of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Workspace loads correctly, but this specific list doesn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Is there any additional role or ACL that controls visibility for the &lt;STRONG&gt;"Assigned to your groups"&lt;/STRONG&gt; list in HR Agent Workspace?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Any suggestions would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to check the UX Applicability.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Navigate to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.LIST&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;table from left navigator&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Find your record by giving your list name in 'List' column. (If you see multiple records with same name, find yours based on sysid. You can get the sysid in &lt;STRONG&gt;sys_ux_list&lt;/STRONG&gt; table)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Now after finding your record in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;table, check the 'Applicability' field. It will be mapped with the Audience record.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Open that Applicability and see what roles are required.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Have you checked the CoE security rules to ensure cases aren't being filtered out due to security?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
